Confirmation: You will be asked to confirm your cancellation request. Please review the information carefully and ensure it is accurate.
Cancellation Date: Your hosting account will be scheduled for cancellation on the date you specify during the cancellation process. Be aware that any remaining balance or billing cycle will be processed up to the cancellation date.
Important Information
No Refunds: Please note that QnEZ Servers does not offer refunds for unused portions of the service, including prepaid months or fees.
Backup Your Data: Before initiating the cancellation process, we strongly recommend that you backup all your website and email data. QnEZ Servers will not be responsible for any data loss resulting from the cancellation of your account.
Domain Name: If you have registered a domain name through us, please be aware that domain registration fees are non-refundable, and you may need to transfer your domain to another registrar if you wish to retain ownership.
